Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 July 2026

This policy explains what limited information Axiom Trace collects when you use this website and how we handle it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to enquiries.

What we collect

When you submit a case review or viability enquiry, we receive only what you type into the form: the nature of your matter, an approximate amount, jurisdictions, your role, a description, and the contact details you provide. We do not require your name or sensitive personal details to make an initial enquiry.

How your enquiry reaches us

Form submissions are sent directly to our own mailbox by our own server-side function. We do not use third-party form services. Enquiry data is not stored in a database on this website — it exists in the email we receive.

Analytics and cookies

We aim to use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics where analytics are used at all. Where any non-essential cookies are introduced, you will be asked to consent first.

How we use your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with qualified local counsel or partners as needed to progress a matter you have asked us to help with, and only where lawful.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Contact info@axiomtracel.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
